Jack Benny. He has my vote for funniest showman of the twentieth century. I have just about all his radio programs now, thanks to The Cobalt Club. I now try to collect his very rare television show. He always makes me smile. One of his best known traits is being cheap, and one of his routines has him getting robbed. The robber shouts, "Your money or your life!" After a minute of laughter, because everyone knows Jack, he replies, "I'm thinking! I'm thinking!"
